A video version of our Sourdough Basics course! As this one nearly always sells out in person and I get requests for the recipes and content, I thought I’d put together a class you can take from home.
This is a full package of material to get your sourdough baking started, or to take your sourdough baking further. Intended for beginner or intermediate bakers, this class covers topics ranging from what flours to use, how to formulate recipes with Baker’s Math, and some of the more basic science about what’s happening during fermentation.
Included in this class are 3 videos and 4 documents:
Videos—
-An 18 minute video featuring a step by step recipe
-a short video on starter maintenance
-a very brief video explaining all the equipment and ingredients you will need
Documents—
-A recipe
-a guide to flour
-a guide to Baker’s Math and recipe formulation
-a troubleshooting guide
Upon payment, you will be able to download a document that contains a link to a Dropbox folder where all of these videos and documents are viewable. Make sure to save this document or the link it contains, as this purchasing platform will only allow you to download it within the first 24 hours of your purchase.
